5G Beyond is a spin-off from the State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), founded in 2024, and part of an innovation hub focused on communication technologies that drive connectivity beyond 5G. Our mission is to develop disruptive solutions for telecommunications networks, anticipating the needs of connected societies in the future.

As a leader in research and development, I coordinate teams at the forefront of innovation, focused on enhancing the efficiency and capacity of fifth-generation networks. Our work addresses the growing demands of strategic sectors such as healthcare, industry, and smart cities. Our commitment goes beyond simply responding to these demands: we aim to anticipate and exceed them, creating solutions that will transform the way we interact with technology.

Our main focus is to map technological capability domains, promoting scientific publications, patents, and collaborative R&D networks. This strategic approach provides a holistic view of innovation, connecting the telecommunications sector to any field that relies on high-speed internet with low or ultra-low latency (5G and 6G).
